#1 ยท Jan 13, 2021 Hi . My grandad has a Peugeot 307 1.6 Petrol automatic. it started having issues with starting and then suddenly just randomly cutting out. Now it won't start full stop I've also noticed that the heater fan doesn't work and the windows don't work properly.

If the engine light doesn't come on with the ignition then there is a communication issue with the ECU. A common fault with this car is water ingress in the multi-plugs of the engine ECU, disconnect the battery and pull the connectors to the ECU and check for water or corrosion.
Replies. Try jump starting it from another car because it sounds like the battery has gone bad. If as suggested , it starts with a jump start , get battery load tested / replaced as needed.Could also check alternator out put to be safe if battery .
